#IWAC – ARRANMORE (2.25 Beverley) – This four-year-old has been running consistently well throughout most of this season, including three victories and despite going up 17lb since the first of those his last couple of efforts have seen improvement even though he could only finish second on both occasions. The penultimate of those came over C&D when conceding 5lb to the re-opposing La Rav and he is now receiving a pound from that rival so there’s every chance the tables could be turned and at the current prices I much prefer to chance David O’Meara’s gelding at double-figure odds. He runs his best races on better ground though has a good-to-soft win under his belt, preferably would like the ground to get no worse than the forecast good and dropping down a grade from the last day should also help.
