#NAP – TRONGATE (1.35 Carlisle) – This nine-year old is on a losing run that stretches back to late 2018 but he’s now looking well handicapped off a mark of 107 (10lb lower than for that win). He’s ran over 3m in his last three stars and now drops back to 2m4f which has seen him run some races over so far this season (2-3-3), the latest of those coming at this course off a 6lb higher mark. The ground conditions are fine as he’s won twice on heavy and though he’ll need to jump a bit better than the last few chase starts I think he’s got to have a great chance off this mark.
